Rescheduling Policy
We’re happy to help if plans change! Splatter Room Party reservations may be rescheduled one time at no additional charge when requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled event, subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change! Splatter Room Party reservations may be canceled for a refund, less a $50 convenience and date-holding fee. This helps cover preparation and the time reserved exclusively for your group. Cancellations must be requested before the scheduled event; same-day cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
