Refund policy

All orders are custom made to order and therefore returns and exchanges are not accepted. However if you have issues with your order please contact me if you have problems with your order at rachscraftycorner@gmail.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Splatter Room Party Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change! Splatter Room Party reservations may be canceled for a refund, less a $50 convenience and date-holding fee. This helps cover preparation and the time reserved exclusively for your group. Cancellations must be requested before the scheduled event; same-day cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
